My in-laws rave about their lazy boys. The quality, lifetime guarantee in parts, etc. So I expected that when I went to purchase a cozy chair for our living room. I worked with two different people at lazy boy. overall, they were pleasant but really uninformed about their products. And the new employees were clearly very minimally trained in all areas of customer service and sales. I probably wouldn't have purchased my furniture from this store if it wasn't for the lazyboy reputation.

The recliner came looking baggy. It's like its understuffed. Also, it clanks whenever someone sits in it. Like the gears and metal pieces within it are hitting each other. It tips if I'm reclined and I lean forward to grab my coffee from the side table. It's overall really cheap feeling and I hate it. Especially after paying $1500+ for it. Go figure lazyboy has a horrible return policy, so I'm stuck with this chair.
